"Not much of a view, honestly"
I was hoping for some nice coastal views, but it mostly ended up being foggy windows and parked cars in the way. It just felt kind of dull, and it didn’t really seem worth booking for the scenery

"Not Worth Losing Your Money Over"
I wish I’d saved my money. The seats were really cramped, the toilets were gross, and there weren’t even any decent snacks to make the trip a little better. It just felt like I paid for a uncomfortable experience, and I wouldn’t risk booking this again.

"Parking Was Okay at First"
I found parking easily when I got there, but it definitely got busy after a while. Like, it was fine at first, but then more and more cars started coming in, so I’m glad I showed up when I did.

"Support was slow to get back to me"
I’m not sure if they were just really busy or what, but it definitely felt like I was waiting forever for a reply. Eventually someone got back to me, but the delay was frustrating

"Honestly, not really a fun trip"
I didn’t enjoy it much at all. I was hoping it would be a nice break since I’d been looking forward to getting out for a bit, but it just didn’t really come together for me. Maybe it was partly the timing or the mood I was in that day, but overall, I wouldn’t say it was a fun trip.

I tried booking a ferry through searoad.com.au and, it was more frustrating than I expected. I’m not totally sure if I was missing something, but choosing the dates and times felt clunky, and I kept having to go back and forth just to get through it.

Maybe the site works better on a desktop, but on my phone it really didn’t feel smooth. For something that should’ve been quick, I was definitely close to giving up before I finished the booking

"Refund took way too long"
The refund process was frustrating. It took a lot longer than I thought it would, and I felt like I had to keep chasing for updates myself. It didn’t really seem like anyone was on top of it unless I pushed, if that makes sense. Just annoying when it’s your money tied up. I’d definitely think twice before booking again...

"Schedule just doesn’t work for me"
I signed up thinking I’d be able to make it work, but the available times are just really awkward for my schedule. after paying, I started feeling a bit uneasy because it didn’t seem as flexible or useful as I expected

"Canceling was a headache"
I tried to cancel my booking it was way more hassle than I expected. I just wanted a straight answer, but it took forever to get any clarity and the whole time I felt like nobody was really interested in helping me sort it out. Frustrating experience for me, and I don’t see myself using Searoad again.

"The Food on our trip was disappointing..."
The Food on our trip was disappointing. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a while, and the coffee was weak, kind of lukewarm, and just not worth it.
The prices weren’t exactly cheap either, so it felt like we didn’t get much for what we paid. The staff were fine, no real Complaints there, but the food and drinks definitely need more care...

"Boat felt dirty inside"
The inside of the boat just didnt feel clean. The seats and tables looked like they hadnt been wiped down, the bins were overflowing, and the toilets smelled awful. It really wasnt a pleasant trip.

"Expected more for the price"
I really wanted to like this, but after trying it out, I just didn’t feel like it lived up to what I paid. It’s one of those purchases where you kind of wish you had looked around a bit more first.

"Late delivery and not much support"
My bike showed up later than expected, and when I reached out for help, the staff didn’t really seem interested in doing much. I get that delays happen, but the lack of support made it hard to feel confident ordering from them again.

"Took more planning than I expected"
I booked the car transport because I had a bunch of other things going on that week and figured it would be one less thing to deal with. At first it seemed straightforward, and I was hoping it would just be a quick handoff and done. But after going back and forth trying to figure out the details, the pickup times ended up being awkward and the information wasn’t very clear. By the time everything was sorted, I’d basically lost half my day, so it wasn’t as convenient as I expected.

"Booking was more frustrating than I expected"
I tried booking through searoad.com and expected it to be straightforward, but the site was slow and confusing. Changing dates was more annoying than it needed to be, and some pages didn’t load properly on my phone. After a while I just gave up. For a basic booking, I expected a much smoother experience.

"I was told this place was pet friendly…"
I was told this place was pet friendly, but it didn’t feel that way at all. We had to keep waiting around and being patient with every little rule or restriction, which got frustrating fast. If you’re traveling with a pet, I’d probably look somewhere else.
